Keiichiro Ozono, the CEO of our company, was a speaker at the “Free Seminar for Managers of Transportation Companies in Saitama: Collapsing Companies and Growing Companies”.

Keiichiro Ozono, CEO of Minaminihon Total Logistics Service Inc., spoke at the seminar entitled “Free Seminar for Managers of Transportation Companies in Saitama: Collapsing Companies and Growing Companies” held at TKP Garden City PREMIUM Omiya in Saitama City on July 24 (Wed.). The seminar gathered approximately 200 participants, and the venue was almost full.

The panelists, Shimizu Hidetugu, President of SHIMIZU TRANSPORTATION GROUP, and Norio Egawa, CEO of LIFE SUPPORT EGAWA CO., LTD., answered questions about their company's initiatives and the future of the transportation industry. The topics covered a wide range of topics, from recruitment and training at the company to current efforts, as well as strategies to survive in the future and environmental measures, and a proactive exchange of opinions followed.

Participants were able to submit questions in real-time from their smartphones, and in response to the question at the end of the seminar, “If you were to revitalize a company with only about 10 trucks, what would you do?", Mr. Ozono shared with the audience the importance of being demanding and strict with yourself when running a business, comparing himself to his father, the founder of the company.

Commenting on the last question, Mr. Ozono said, “I participated in the event hoping to be of help to everyone, but on the other hand, I learned a lot from your questions and was encouraged by many of them.” While lively discussions were held on the “Present” and “Future” of the transportation industry, there were also jokes and stories that sparked memories, creating a friendly atmosphere.
