Commendation for sales offices that have achieved 1000 days without an accident, and commendation for drivers who have continued to drive without an accident
Minaminihon Total Logistics Service operates many vehicles every day as experts in the transport of chilled and frozen foods, with the policy of “We deliver it at its best.”. In this context, we consider safety to be our top priority, and we are working to create a workplace environment where drivers can concentrate on safe driving with the aim of achieving zero accidents, as well as improving our guidance and education systems.
At our company, we visualize these results on an individual and office basis, and have a system in place to award individuals who have gone more than two years without an accident, and offices based on the number of days without an accident. This time, we awarded the Bando Office (Bando City, Ibaraki), which achieved 1,000 days without an accident, and drivers who have gone more than two years without an accident (500 people from more than two years to 28 years).
On the day, the award was presented to Masakazu Nishida, the manager of the Bando Office, on behalf of the award recipients by Keiichiro Ozono, the company's CEO.
