On October 14 and 15, as part of our efforts to strengthen intern recruitment, we held information sessions on our internship program and our company at four universities in Vietnam: PHENIKAA University, FPT Polytechnic College, Thuyloi University, and the University of Economics – Technology for Industries (UNETI) in Hanoi.

Approximately 260 students in total attended the sessions. Ozono, our President, gave an overview of our business and our internship track record to date. In closing, he offered words of encouragement to the students: "We have created an environment where you can carry out your internship with peace of mind, so please feel confident in applying."

After the sessions, students asked many questions on topics such as the detailed internship schedule, support for Japanese-language study and daily life, and job duties and working conditions, which showed their strong interest in our internship program.

With global expansion positioned as one of our key strategies for future business growth, we regard securing talent who can succeed on the world stage as an urgent priority. By actively carrying out on-site visits such as this one, we will continue to strengthen our recruitment of global talent.
