Safe Driving Awards for Accident-Free Drivers Held

At Minaminihon Total Logistics Service, operating under our policy of “We deliver it at its best,” we run a large fleet of vehicles every day as a specialist in chilled and frozen food transportation. In this context, safety is our highest priority, and we are actively working to create a workplace environment where drivers can concentrate on safe driving, while also strengthening our training and guidance systems to eliminate accidents.

We have established a system that visualizes these achievements at both the individual and branch levels, recognizing individuals who have maintained accident-free records for two years or more and branches based on the number of consecutive accident-free days.
This time, we held a recognition ceremony for accident-free drivers (2 to 29 years, 497 drivers).

Among them, 40 drivers have remained accident-free for over 20 years. Notably, 4 drivers have exceeded 25 years, 1 driver has achieved 26 years, and 2 drivers have reached 29 years without a single accident. These drivers, who operate vehicles as part of their daily duties, set an example for others and we believe their presence on the front lines will continue to positively influence the workplace and further strengthen our commitment to safety.

At the award ceremony, certificates were presented by CEO Keiichiro Ozono to four representatives: one Deputy Area General Manager from the Central Area and three Branch Managers who attended on behalf of all awardees.
