On April 24, at the 113th CRE Seminar held online, our CEO, Ozono, gave a lecture titled “The Future of Refrigerated and Frozen Logistics – The Next-Generation Cold Chain Aimed for by Minaminihon Total Logistics Service.”
On the day of the seminar, Ozono gave a lecture to approximately 140 viewers, covering an overview of Minaminihon Total Logistics Service, the current state of the refrigerated and frozen logistics industry, and the direction the company is heading in the future.
Highlights of the lecture
During the final Q&A session, we received a wide range of questions, including those regarding responses to refrigerant gas regulations, the 2024 issue, DX strategies for automation and labor reduction, and M&A strategies. It was clear that there is a strong interest in the future of refrigerated and frozen logistics.

In the survey conducted after the lecture, we received many positive comments indicating that attendees resonated with the content of the lecture, which shows a high level of interest in the seminar's key topic, "cold chain."
