On September 23 and 24, Minaminihon Total Logistics Service Inc. held company and internship briefings at several universities in Vietnam — PHENIKAA University, FPT Polytechnic College, Thuyloi University, and Vietnam Maritime University (online) — as part of our efforts to strengthen internship recruitment.

A total of approximately 230 students attended the sessions and showed great interest in our business operations and internship program. The event began with an overview of the internship system presented by Mr. Iwahori, CEO of Apprise Inc., who has been supporting our internship recruitment efforts. This was followed by a presentation from our President and CEO, Keiichiro Ozono, who introduced the company’s business activities and past internship achievements. He concluded the session with an encouraging message to the students:
“We have created an environment where you can participate in our internship program with peace of mind. We hope you will apply with confidence.”
After the session, many students asked questions about the internship schedule, Japanese language learning support, living arrangements, work details, and employment conditions, reflecting their strong interest in our internship program.
As Minaminihon Total Logistics Service Inc. continues to promote global expansion as one of its key growth strategies, securing globally capable talent has become an urgent priority. By actively conducting on-site visits and similar initiatives, we will continue to strengthen our efforts to recruit and develop global human resources.
